Complex characters are not difficult for me, in fact, I love them! I don’t charge extra for complex designs. I believe every character deserves the same love and detail! If you wish to commission me, I kindly ask you to read through my Terms and Conditions first. These are here to ensure a smooth, respectful, and clear process for both of us.By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. These cover important topics such as payment, usage rights, turnaround time, and communication.I want this to be a positive experience for you, so please take a moment to go through everything carefully.If you have any questions or need clarification on anything, feel free to message me anytime. Let’s create something awesome together!~~~~~~~~~~~~💸•PAYMENT TERMS•💰➜ All commissions must be paid UPFRONT in full before I begin any work.➜ Please do not send payment until I confirm your slot.➜ All prices are listed in USD (PayPal only).➜ You may tip if you wish, and it’s very appreciated but never required!➜ Payment plans (splits) are available but must be discussed beforehand.➜ I rarely accept commissions with Amino Coins as payment method.~~~~~~~~~~~~🎨•PROCESS & TURNAROUND•🖌️➜ I will send regular updates: sketch → lineart → color → final (this is optional).➜ It is necessary to have a clear reference of the character as well as its color palette.➜ These are custom commissions, you can change or add things to the drawing, changing many things will add more waiting time. In case I don’t have time I will let you know.➜ General turnaround time is a few hours or maximum 1 week, depending on complexity, order queue, and personal schedule (if there’s any personal issues delaying the process you’ll be notified of any delays).➜ In case the client asks me to redo a whole job (and not a detail) that was not to his liking, it will have to pay again, I have other requests to attend to as well. I’m happy to clarify!~~~~~~~~~~~~📦•USAGE RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT•📥➜ As the artist I retain full copyright of the artwork.➜ The client receives personal use rights only. This includes: posting online with credit, using as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.➜ The client must not claim the artwork as their own or remove the watermark/signature.➜ The client can edit the image (stickers, frames, filters) but not alter the artwork significantly.➜ For commercial rights (merch, branding, etc.), we must negotiate a separate fee.➜ I may post the artwork on my social media, gallery or promotion unless the client requests otherwise.~~~~~~~~~~~~✊•PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY•🔒➜ If you’d like your commission to stay private (not shared anywhere), please let me know in advance.➜ Your contact information, character files, and payment info will never be shared.➜ I will never disclose private conversations or commission details to others without your permission.➜ I will keep your files (WIPs and final versions) saved in my archive for up to 3 months, in case you need a resend or format adjustment.
